As a Relationship Management Associate Director, based in Tokyo, where you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. As part of the Relationship Management team, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders
to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure client needs are met.
You are responsible for building & nurturing client relationships within the financial services industry. Driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, & ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
You are Single Point of Contact (SPC) for Tier 1 clients, developing strategic account plans, engaging with clients at senior levels, and providing consulting services on regulatory matters. You will have extensive experience in relationship management, sales & leadership, along with strong communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
**The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, as well as a deep understanding of financial markets, securities services, and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications you MUST HAVE:
Mini 8 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree
Native Japanese speaker with fluent English skills.
Experience or understanding of derivatives reporting.
Consistent sales career track record with long stints in past/present employer.
Strong articulation, engagement, and presentation skills.
Preferably, experience in relationship management, custody, or securities services, and middle office/settlements.
